The Berenstain Bears No Girls Allowed (First Time Books(R)) Features
The Berenstain Bears No Girls Allowed (First Time Books(R)) Overview
Sister Bear can run faster, climb higher, and hit a ball farther than the boys, and she gloats over it. So Brother Bear and his friends build a clubhouse for boys only, and Sister is hopping mad! She plans a honey of a revenge in this funny and thoughtful book. IRA Children’s Choice.
The Berenstain Bears No Girls Allowed (First Time Books(R)) Review
Do the boy cubs not want Sister Bear around simply because she is a girl or is it that she is boastful about being better than the (older) cubs? Should Papa Bear force the boys to let Sister Bear in their club or is there a better way to handle this situation? These are just some of the issues covered in this good book.
“The Berenstain Bears No Girls Allowed” is not just about boys versus girls. It highlights that it is important to be a good winner and promotes resolving issues in a win-win manner (rather than ripping your adversary limb from limb).
My son enjoyed this book. After reading it he said he was going to start a club for his boy friends and his girl friends. His sign would say “No Bullies Allowed”.

Big Board First 100 Animals (First Words) Review
This book is something unbeliveable – it is my sons fare most favorite book for 3 months already (we got it on 1st year birthday). He reads this book many times a day and newer gets bored! He points an animals and asks to say what it is and how it says even he already knows most of them. We have many similar carbords picture books but this is something magical… And who said that children books should be tiny? Maybe the size and colorfull background make the magic?… We are looking forward to have ather books of this series!
Recomend for all 100%!

The Berenstain Bears and Too Much Birthday (First Time Books(R)) Review
Sister Bear is going to turn 6 years old. She is very excited about all the Birthday games, toys, prizes, candy, pony rides, and even a merry-go-round! She and Brother Bear and Papa Bear get everything ready.
The other cubs arrive and they play games and have lots of fun. However, Sister Bear gets overwhelmed by all the excitement and breaks down into tears. She is upset because she got first out on On the Way to Jerusalem game and was humiliated at the Spin the Bottle game.
One cub asks her if she is going to open her presents and that breaks her concentration and she opens gifts. Her tears dry and she finds out much she has grown and improved the past year.
The Berenstain Bears and Too Much Birthday (First Time Books(R)) Overview
Is there such a thing as too much birthday? Poor Sister is overwhelmed by her big, noisy sixth-birthday party. Her sympathetic parents help her realize the true importance of having a birthday in this humorous exercise in moderation for cubs–and parents.

Sticker Activity Trucks (First Learning) (Sticker Activity Fun) Review
This is my 15 month old son’s favorite book! Whenever we need to hold his attention or he gets grumpy, we can get out this book and he is always happy. He often gets this one out himself, he loves it so much. It is very durable! I especially love the “slide” feature instead of the flap book style. It is very easy for little hands to operate without getting torn up. Highly recommend!

The Berenstain Bears and the Blame Game (First Time Books(R)) Review
The Berenstain Bears were highly recommended by my friend. Unfortunately I couldn’t find them on the bookstore shelfs in my locality. So I opted for buying them at Amazon online. In a nutshell, these books teach simple life lessons in a way a young child can relate to and understand. For example, where the bears forget their manners, Mama Bear gives them chores to do around the house, to help them remember their manners the next time. And when the little bears tell a lie, its the sad look on Mama’s face that make them decide to tell the truth
The Berenstain Bears and the Blame Game (First Time Books(R)) Overview
Who’s to blame? That’s what everyone always wants to know. But the
kernal of wisdom at the heart of this latest First Time Book is who
really cares? Because — let’s face it — there’s always enough blame to
go around. What matters is how we work together to fix the problem.

Disney/Pixer Friends & Heroes (First Look and Find) Review
Anything that can keep my 2 year-old son’s interest for long periods of time and for several months is a winner in my book!
This book has pages for: Toy Story, Finding Nemo, Monster’s Inc, A Bug’s Life, Toy Story 2, The Incredibles and Cars. It is very high quality with a cushioned cardboard cover and nice thick board book pages, so it has been durable and stood up to my son’s “tough love.”
My son will sit and find all items in the whole book. Several months later he still brings it to us to do with him. He quickly learned the point and can identify all items, and still loves it. There are advanced activities that are great and we are just starting them.
I reccommend this book, you will love the big bright pages, super quality and your child will love this activity around characters and stories they already know. The price is absolutely on for the quality of these books.

The Berenstain Bears and the Bad Dream (First Time Books(R)) Review
We expanded our collection of Berenstain Bears books this Christmas. Our sons, ages 6 and 4, enjoy these books and find it easy to relate to the young bears in the series. I like to mix these stories into our rotation of bedtime books as the need arises. That’s how I came to buy “The Berenstain Bears and the Bad Dream.”
This past year has been an especially hard on the boys. All of the superhero movies they wanted to see – Iron Man and Incredible Hulk and The Dark Knight – were not appropriate for their age. I mention this because at the heart of this book is brother bear’s desire to see “Space Grizzlies,” a movie that leads to the titular bad dream. So, this book helped illustrate why I didn’t want my sons to see PG- or PG-13-rated movies.
This book hasn’t stopped my sons from having bad dreams but it has become a useful resource that helps us talk through what causes bad dreams and why the dreams themselves can’t hurt us.
We also own and recommend:
The Berenstain Bears and the Trouble with Chores
The Berenstain Bears Help Around the House
The Berenstain Bears Forget Their Manners
The Berenstain Bears Get in a Fight
The Berenstain Bears Learn About Strangers
The Berenstain Bears and the Bad Dream (First Time Books(R)) Overview
After watching a scary movie, both Brother and Sister Bear are troubled by nightmares until Mama and Papa explain what causes bad dreams.

My daugther has several of the Berenstain Bear books and she loves reading them. They have a positive message for children while keeping their attention. Even though she reads at a higher level, she still loves these books.
The Berenstain Bears Think of Those in Need (First Time Books(R)) Overview
